Mavado married his long-time girlfriend and mother to his child, Monique McKenzie in Florida earlier this month.

Reports Claim Chris Brown and Rihanna Secretly Hooking Up Insiders say they are, but Breezy is denying the rumors.
One would think three years after being assaulted by Chris Brown, Rihanna would stay away from her ex-beau. But that doesn’t seem to be the case according to Us Weekly.
Several sources have confirmed that, for nearly a year, the two have been secretly hooking up. Shortly following the infamous beating — and the media storm it caused — the two had been forcibly separated by a court order.
However, that hasn’t stopped the pop songtress from finding her way back into Brown’s company. "She comes to see him anytime she's in L.A.," admitted a Brown confidante.
"They can't get enough of each other,” said a music industry source before admitting, “I don't see it ending well."
An insider from Rihanna’s camp says the reason for her continuing to hook up with Brown is because she “loves to live dangerously.” And "talking to and hooking up with Chris is all part of that,” the insider added.
The unfortunate matter of these secret meetings isn’t just the rock ‘em, sock ‘em past of their former relationship but the fact that Brown has a girlfriend, aspiring model Karrueche Tran, whose face he had tattooed on his arm.
Chris Brown has denied the rumors and a rep told ABC News, "He is with his girlfriend, Karrueche, and is not cheating."

P Diddy To Marry Cassie
P. Diddy has reportedly proposed to his girlfriend, singer Cassandra 'Cassie' Ventura. The rapper is said to be engaged to 21-year-old Cassie, who he met when he signed her up to his music label Bad Boy Records in 2006, but is attempting to keep the news quiet.
A source close to the father-of-six told America's Star magazine: "He told everyone to keep it extremely quiet because he didn't want it to get out, but you could tell he was excited."
"P. Diddy said they hadn't set a date yet, but he wanted his family to hear the news first."
P. Diddy has 19-month-old twin daughters D'Lila and Jessie and 10-year-old son Christian with ex-girlfriend Kim Porter.

Death Toll in Italian Cruise Ship Disaster Reaches Five
The number of those killed in the Italian cruise ship disaster has risen to five after search crews on Sunday discovered the bodies of two elderly men in the submerged section of the Costa Condordia.The huge vessel with more than 4,000 people on board ran aground late Friday off the northern Italian coast. On Saturday the bodies of two French passengers and a Peruvian crewmember were found after they apparently jumped into the cold Mediterranean water.
Sunday's discovery lowers the number of those missing to 15.
Earlier on Sunday, a helicopter lifted an injured crewmmeber from the doomed vessel, bringing to three the number of those rescued. A South Korean couple on their honeymoon was found uninjured on Saturday.
At least 30 passengers sustained injuries.

THE FLAG OF JAMAICA
was officially adopted on August 6, 1962 which was the original Jamaican Independence Day, the country having gained independence from the British-protected Federation of the West Indies. The flag consists of a gold saltire, which divides the flag into four sections: two of them green (top and bottom) and two black (hoist and fly).
The present design emerged from those sent in by the public in a national competition. It was originally designed with horizontal stripes, but this was considered too similar to the Tanganyikan flag, and so the saltire was substituted. Black, green, and gold are Pan-African colors.
An earlier interpretation of the colors was, "hardships there are but the land is green and the sun shineth": gold recalls the shining sun, black reflects hardships, and green represents the land. However, that was changed to the colour black representing the strength and creativity of the people which has allowed them to overcome the odds, yellow for the golden sunshine and green for the lush vegetation of the island.

With her birth, Beyoncé's and Jay Z’s new baby girl, Blue Ivy, seems to have reinvented the term baby bling.
Already dubbed the music world’s smallest diva, the New York Post is reporting that little Miss Blue has received gifts totaling $1.5 million.
Some of the pricier swag the newest edition to the Carter family received includes a handmade solid gold horse from Japanese jeweler Ginza Tanaka with a $600,000 price tag, a coach-like crib from Posh Tots, which cost $20,000 and a $15,000 Swarovski crystal covered highchair.
Meanwhile, the head of Lennox Hill Hospital, Executive Director Frank Danza, has launched an internal investigation into complaints that Blue Ivy’s birth kept other parents from seeing their newborns, according to the New York Daily News.
Other parents who used the same birthing center as Beyoncé are currently being interviewed. Two families, one from Brooklyn and another from the Bronx, claim that Beyoncé’s beefed up security team prevented them from visiting their children in the hosptial’s neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Danza says that initial talks with a half dozen new parents has not uncovered any wrongdoing, but he told the New York Daily News, “The internal investigation was prompted by my own viewing of the news stories, which had indicated there were more parents, and those parents were in communication and had concerns.”
New parents Beyoncé and Jay-Z have not issued any official statement on the matter.

Rapper 50 Cent took to Twitter to post mock photos of Jay-Z and Beyonce’s newborn baby, possibly reigniting a feud between the two hip hop stars.
The rapper posted the Photoshopped images earlier this week, which feature a baby with Jay-Z’s face superimposed on it with the message, “Yal play to much congratulations to JAYZ and Beyonce BABY #BlueIvyCarter IS GEORGOUS.”
There has been bad blood between the two rappers since 50 Cent said that Jay-Z only became famous when he married pop superstar Beyonce in 2008. Although by the time the two wed in 2008, Jay-Z had already released 10 albums, several of which reached number one on the Billboard charts.
While in Las Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show to promote his brand of headphones 50 Cent also posted a number of images of himself with boxer Floyd Mayweather posing with stacks of cash in his hotel room, tweeting “I was thinking I could make a lot of money one day,” and “We made it mom top of the world!!!!.( James cagney voice)lol”
The rapper posted follow-up tweets, seemingly indicating that he did not create the images: “I would never make a picture like that its all over my time line yal play to much I’m sure Jay is the happiest he’s ever been in his life.” He then posted about his own child’s birth: “I remember when MARQUISE was born I was so happy. I want to have another kid one day.”
50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson III, also posted some advice to the new parents: “they will pay a million dollars for a picture of that baby — trust me.”
Rumors have been circulating since Beyonce gave birth to Blue Ivy on Saturday night that the couple are shopping the first images of the newborn around to magazines for a multi-million dollar payday.
The couple reportedly left New York’s Lenox Hill hospital with baby Blue Ivy in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

VYBZ KARTEL WAS DENIED BAIL ONCE MORE, BUT GAZA SLIM WAS RELEASE.
Jailed entertainer, Vybz Kartel is stuck behind bars, at least until February 1,when he is scheduled to return to court.
The dancehall deejay was remanded in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Monday.
However, fellow artiste, Gaza Slim, with whom he is jointly charged, was given bail.
The two are before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court, on the charges of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
It is alleged that Kartel, whose real name is Adidja Palmer and Gaza Slim, were a part of a plot to undermine a police investigation into the murder of Clive 'Lizard' Williams.
Kartel is accused of killing Williams.
Saddler had filed a report with the police, claiming that Williams assaulted her during a robbery in Havendale, St. Andrew.
She claimed that the incident occurred on October 29, five days after Kartel was charged with William’s murder.
It is alleged that Saddler and others made up the story to help Kartel with his defence.

Vybz Kartel, Gaza Slim to face music
JAILED dancehall entertainers Vybz Kartel and Gaza Slim are scheduled to appear before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court today to answer to charges of conspiracy and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Vybz Kartel, whose real name is Adidja Palmer and Gaza Slim, christened Vanessa Saddler, were remanded into custody when they appeared in court in December.
The charges stem from allegations that text messages were sent from Vybz Kartel to Gaza Slim's cellphone instructing her to make a report to the Constant Spring police that she had been robbed by Clive 'Lizard' Williams. Williams, is the person whose murder Kartel and his associates — Andre St John, Shawn 'Shawn Storm' Campbell, Cairo Jones, Calvin Haye and Shane Williams — are charged for.
The prosecution is contending that the report was made in order to give the impression that Williams was not dead. But in making a failed bail application for Saddler last month, attorney Pierre Rogers said that the masked man who held up Saddler identified himself as Williams.
Williams is alleged to have been murdered on August 16 over the disappearance of an illegal firearm. His body is yet to be found. The prosecution, however, said they have video and other evidence to prove the murder.
The men are to be tried in the Home Circuit Court for the murder. Kartel, Jones, Campbell and Haye have already been transferred to the circuit court, where they will next appear on January 13.
Williams and St John are to appear in the magistrate's court on January 13 as part of the process to have them join the other accused men in the Home Circuit Court.
On a separate matter, Kartel is to return to the Resident Magistrate's Court on February 13 when he will be tried on a ganja possession charge.
Kartel and his associates are also facing murder and other charges in relation to the shooting death of Barrington 'Bossie' Bryan of Gregory Park, St Catherine in July. He was offered bail to the sum of $3 million in relation to this charge and will next appear in the RM court on today on that charge.

The internet exploded this weekend with the news that singer Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z welcomed their first child, Blue Ivy Carter, on January 7 in New York City. The couple released a statement today thanking fans for their support and to clear up any confusion surrounding the details of their daughter's birth. Blue "was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs and it was the best experience of both of our lives." Initial reports said that Beyoncé had a C-section.

A rep for Lennox Hill hospital, where baby Blue was born, also wants it to be known that the Carters did not pay $1.3 million to seal off an entire floor. "The suggestion that the couple paid $1.3 million to rent an entire maternity floor is simply not true." Instead, she said they are being housed in an "executive suite" and will be billed a "standard rate."
